Proud to be British - celebrating the very best of British sustainable clothing manufacturing.

The BRITANNIC® Community
We are a BRAND NEW and fast-growing Community of Partners of the best of Britain's specialist sustainable fabric mills, tailors and garment finishers. We partner together to handcraft luxury sustainable apparel, in Britain, from only organic and British-made sources (including threads, labels and fabrics) as part of limited-run projects. Founded by serving members of the British Armed Forces in 2024.

We draw inspiration from minimilistic luxury aesthetics, as well as high-quality functional outdoor clothing and the retro Britpop culture.

All of our pieces are designed and crafted entirely custom and bespoke, nothing is off the shelf.

Combatting 'fast fashion'

'Fast fashion' is the mass production of similar garments for the mass markets, often through the cheapest method and fabrics in an effort to maximise profits.

Traditional cotton is the most popular fabric for mass production as it's low-cost - its demand has soared exponentially. To keep up, traditional cotton is often genetically modified and coated in toxic chemicals, such as instecticides, herbicides and pesticides.

For the 'fast fashion' industry, over 2,700L of water is used to produce a single cotton t-shirt, thats over 11,400 cups of water. The waste water can often be improperly disposed off and flood into rivers and seas. According to the Global Fashion Agenda, this water use will continue to increase by 50% by 2030. Areas of production are already suffering from severe levels of water stress and shortfall levels are predicted to also increase to 40% by 2030.

We're proud to be pioneering the 'slow fashion' and 'sustainability' markets.
